Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for sanitation employees on assigned shifts.
• Develop, document, implement, and improve SSOPs and MSS schedules.
• Ensure SSOPs cover disassembly, cleaning steps, chemicals, temps, and safety.
• Own daily execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Train and develop Sanitation Leads and Sanitors; coordinate with FSQA.
