Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in daily sanitation activities to ensure compliance and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular sanitation inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Lead by example to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Develop and update sanitation protocols with the Sanitation Operations Superintendent.
• Oversee inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Train and mentor sanitation staff on procedures, safety, and hygiene.
• Provide coaching to ensure adherence to protocols and safety guidelines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety and ensure adherence to guidelines within the sanitation team.
• Identify and mitigate hazards; collaborate with health and safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with QA to address sanitation-related issues affecting product quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sanitation management.
