Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of sanitation experience in food manufacturing with leadership of sanitation employees or teams preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
• Hands-on sanitation leadership with ability to spend significant time on the floor.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving SSOPs.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction for sanitation employees during assigned shifts.
• Spend the majority of the shift on the sanitation floor supervising and working with employees.
• Develop, document, implement, and improve SSOPs for production areas and equipment.
• Own daily execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and ensure tasks are completed.
• Train and coach Sanitation Leads and Sanitors on SSOPs, safety, and cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with FSQA to meet sanitation verification requirements and corrective actions.
• Investigate sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for startup.
• Establish standard work, shift assignments, and cleaning sequences.
• Drive continuous improvement in sanitation effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assess staffing and training needs to maintain an capable team.
