US Waffle in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Sanitation Technician for the 3rd shift. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities; ensuring food safety and SQF compliance; and maintaining sanitation tools and records.

Qualifications

• GMPs, Food Safety and SSOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule with planner and shift to meet production targets.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and facilities.
• Prevent cross contamination during sanitation procedures.
• Follow all sanitation SOPs (SSOP) for equipment and facilities.
• Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before supervisor approval.
• Complete sanitation and SQF documentation.
• Washes and maintains cleaning carts and tools.
• Maintain sanitation equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by sanitation supervisor.
