Job summary

Frampton Construction seeks a Safety Manager to oversee safety and health programs across sites in the Charlotte area. You will train project teams, enforce OSHA standards, perform risk assessments, and lead proactive safety initiatives to protect workers and drive performance.

You will partner with operations leadership to align safety with project delivery, budgets, and company values, mentoring staff and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety programs on construction sites and across regions.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements.
• Preferred CLT-based location or ability to operate from Frampton’s offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety management across multiple sites and regions.
• Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for project teams.
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory records; report metrics.
