Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Corporate Safety Program Manager to advance safety culture and risk management across districts. This role designs and standardizes enterprise-wide safety programs, policies, and training initiatives, using incident data and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines field construction experience with corporate safety leadership, able to supervise governance, coach district teams, and align safety work with operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a safety management role within a large, self-performing construction environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, Construction Management, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related safety regulations.
• Ability to design and manage enterprise-wide safety programs and communicate across all levels.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to influence through credibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and govern corporate-level safety policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Evaluate incident trends and audit data to identify systemic risks and preventive actions.
• Standardize best practices across districts for consistent implementation.
• Partner with leadership to align safety programs with operational goals.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and create actionable leadership summaries.
• Deliver executive presentations and develop safety training modules and campaigns.
• Collaborate with District Safety Officers to ensure standards are applied consistently.
• Coach and build capability within district safety teams.
