Job summary

Jereh North American Group in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Safety Manager to lead workplace safety across manufacturing, warehouse, service, and Oil & Gas field operations. You will develop and enforce practical safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive incident investigations with preventative actions.

The ideal candidate has strong OSHA knowledge, extensive field experience, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, EH&S, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Seven+ years of progressive safety experience.
• Experience in both manufacturing and Oil & Gas field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve safety plans, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA, company, customer, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct facility and field inspections, audits, and JSAs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and report to leadership.
