Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant is properly staffed and set up for projected volume.
• Supervise on-floor service and guest interactions to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks including onboarding, scheduling, payroll and reports.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee inventory, costs, and maintenance to protect profits and operations.
• Provide training and development for hourly staff; coach performance.
• Communicate policies and updates to staff through logs, memos and boards.
