Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across shifts. You will ensure high service standards, financial discipline, and a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• 21+ years of age
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience
• Experience with POS systems and back office reporting systems
• Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management
• Full service restaurant operations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead by example
• Ensure staff is properly equipped with tools
• Touch tables ensuring guest satisfaction
• Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
• Create an environment of trust and mutual respect
• Maintain highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control, and consistency of service
• Manage staffing levels and controllable costs within budget
• Ensure events, catering, and banquets are executed
• Adhere to cash handling procedures
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional
• Complete nightly logs and manager reports
• Life cycle management of team members (hiring, training, coaching, terminations)
• Provide guests with accurate allergen information
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints
• Follow employee handbook and regulations
• Comply with safety and liquor laws
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure proper checkout procedures
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
