You will supervise up to 10 staff per shift, ensure food safety and quality, coach teammates, assign duties, and resolve guest concerns. Nights and weekends are required; full- or part-time availability is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 employees per shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Make sure food is prepared, handled, and served according to company standards.
• Maintain proper food quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
• Assign and manage employee responsibilities throughout the shift.
• Ensure adequate staffing and effective use of available employees.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Be willing to work hands-on in all areas of the restaurant, including crew and delivery-driver duties when business needs require it.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional restaurant environment.
