Job summary

Round Table Pizza seeks a Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor to lead a restaurant team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for guiding shift operations, maintaining standards, and ensuring strong customer service.

This leadership role requires reliability, hands-on involvement, and accountability. You will oversee training, problem solving, and compliance with company policies while driving a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's card required.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available for both full-time or part-time work.
• Flexible availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 employees per shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Make sure food is prepared, handled, and served according to company standards.
• Maintain proper food quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
• Assign and manage employee responsibilities throughout the shift.
• Ensure adequate staffing and effective use of available employees.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Ensure employees follow all Round Table Pizza policies and procedures.
• Address performance, attendance, customer-service, and operational issues when they arise.
• Assist with labor and food-cost control, waste reduction, and overall shift efficiency.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as required.
• Resolve customer complaints and food-quality concerns professionally.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Be willing to work hands-on in all areas of the restaurant, including crew and delivery-driver duties when business needs require it.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional restaurant environment.

We are looking for a Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor who is dependable, energetic, hands-on, and ready to take responsibility for leading a restaurant team.

This is a leadership position. The successful candidate must be able to lead by example, hold team members accountable, maintain company standards, and provide excellent customer service throughout every shift.

This position is not simply a title. Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors are expected to actively lead the shift and participate in restaurant operations.

When the restaurant is busy, leaders must be willing to step in and help wherever needed. When the restaurant is slow, leaders are still responsible for ensuring that employees are productive, the restaurant is properly maintained, and all policies and procedures are followed.

We are looking for leaders who can take ownership, communicate clearly, solve problems, and hold themselves and their team accountable.
