Round Table Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and support a team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching Team Members, ensuring food quality and safety, maintaining cleanliness, and completing opening/closing procedures while optimizing labor and cash handling. Flexible scheduling is valued, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support and coach Team Members to ensure shift execution.
• Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and portion control.
• Monitor guest service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas clean and organized.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing procedures accurately.
• Monitor labor deployment and productivity during shifts.
• Maintain cash-handling procedures and accountability standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company policies are followed.
• Verify completion of shift tasks and operational checklists.
• Assist with training and development of new Team Members.
• Communicate operational issues or guest feedback to management.
