Job summary

IHOP is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty at our Riverdale location. You will lead the dining room team, assign tasks, create schedules, and train staff to deliver smooth breakfast and all-day service.

You will monitor food quality, equipment, portions, and service metrics, review receipts and sales reports, and address guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience. Competitive $15.00-$17.00/hour with health insurance for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service team to ensure every meal is perfect and every customer leaves happy.

• Maintain quality control on the back end, ensuring equipment works, portions are correct, and food quality is high.
• Check cash receipts and sales reports and address customer issues to resolve problems.
