This floor‑present role covers opening/closing, supervision, health and safety compliance, labor and food cost control, and ongoing staff development, with a focus on teamwork and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience, full‑service preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication under pressure.
• Familiarity with P&L statements, labor and food cost controls.
• Experience with Toast, Square, Aloha POS and scheduling software.
• Serve Safe Manager certification.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and service floor during shifts.
• Lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams and set service standards.
• Manage labor costs, scheduling, overtime and inventory.
• Track sales, deposits, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Contribute to budgeting and promotional planning.
