Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Supervisor for Alltown Fresh in Connecticut. You will lead a team, deliver guest service, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain operational excellence while coaching associates and engaging with Guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and hospitality; you’ll oversee daily store operations, POS transactions, inventory, and safety compliance, with a focus on a welcoming, high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational best practices.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory, transactions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Market Associates to deliver high-quality Guest experiences.
• Assist in training new team members on Alltown Fresh standards, safety procedures, and processes.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Monitor product quality, merchandising, and stock levels; ensure freshness and visual standards.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the store.
