Advanced-Hospitality in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, engaging, and hands-on, with a background in restaurant operations and high-volume service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise front- and back-of-house staff, and lead hospitality for guests. Maintain brand standards, conduct pre-shift meetings, and handle guest issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in a restaurant setting.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Flexible schedule; in-person; weekends and holidays.
• High-volume restaurant experience.
• Hands-on leadership and hospitality.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; Brink POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations according to company standards and policies.
• Directly supervise front- and back-of-house staff and engage guests with hospitality.
• Embed culture and brand evolution in daily operations.
• Be the main contact for front- and back-of-house teams per shift.
• Mentor and train hourly staff to build loyalty and teamwork.
• Adhere to SOPs for hourly positions and run shifts.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain smooth service flow.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and complete end-of-shift duties.
• Communicate updates to the General Manager.
• Interview and hire hourly staff; administer progressive discipline.
• Monitor performance and participate in reviews.
• Assist with opening/closing when needed.
