Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen in Queen Creek is seeking an experienced General Manager to own the full operation, develop a team of leaders, and uphold exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage P&L, drive sales, food cost, labor, and guest satisfaction; coach frontline teams; and partner with district leadership to execute initiatives while maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience — ideally 2+ years as a GM or senior AM in a fast-casual, full-service, or comparable environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for your restaurant and drive key metrics (sales, guest satisfaction, labor, food cost).
• Lead and develop your team, including AMs, with formal coaching and development plans.
• Maintain operational standards: food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Run daily operations front and back of house, ensuring compliance with food safety and corporate standards.
• Partner with District Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and reporting.
