AVISTA RENTALS LLC seeks a Resort Manager to lead daily Myrtle Beach resort operations with a hands‑on approach. You will work side‑by‑side with staff, model service excellence, and resolve guest concerns in real time to maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires active involvement across departments, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, with strong financial awareness and a focus on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Resort Management or comparable hands‑on hospitality leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams by working alongside them and providing support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of hospitality financials, audits, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily resort operations to maintain smooth, high‑quality service.
• Inspire and mentor leadership staff to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader, working with teams to model service excellence.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
