Job summary

S+H Construction is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple residential projects from planning through closeout in the Greater Boston area.

You will manage budgets, schedules, permits, and quality control, and lead a team of assistant PMs while coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Lead and mentor assistant PMs and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure quality, permits, and regulatory compliance for projects.
