Job summary

Kdc One in Groveport, OH is seeking an R&D Laboratory Technician to join our innovation team. You will verify and calibrate equipment, handle sample labeling and shipping, and assist with stability testing in a climate-controlled lab.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety requirements, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify, calibrate, and maintain essential equipment like balances, pH meters, and light boxes.
• Label, pack, and ship R&D samples to our Quality Control Lab and other KDC sites.
• Assist with stability testing, place samples in controlled conditions, and analyze results to ensure product excellence.
• Order and restock lab supplies and glassware so the team never misses items.
• Document everything accurately and maintain confidentiality of formulas and sensitive information.
• Perform cleaning duties and follow all safety and environmental guidelines.
