Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc is seeking a hands-on R&D Test Engineer to support laboratory, bench, and product testing activities in Ohio. The role involves performing established test methods, preparing samples, collecting data, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear testing records.

You will work with R&D and cross-functional teams, follow procedures, and ensure careful documentation and reporting of test results to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of laboratory, R&D, or product testing experience preferred.
• Hands-on bench testing and test protocols experience.
• Experience with assays, wet chemistry, or chemistry-based testing.
• Knowledge of pipetting, weighing, sample preparation, and dilution techniques.
• Experience using general laboratory instruments and test equipment.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a laboratory setting.
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or another regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
