Heirloom Carbon is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead a fast-paced DAC lab, blending hands-on analysis with strong team leadership to maintain high throughput and rigorous safety.

You will supervise technicians and researchers, coordinate with R&D and engineering teams, manage the LIMS, and ensure data integrity while scaling instrument capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of experience managing a lab with several instruments, multiple direct reports, and a laboratory data management system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel and functions of the laboratory, ensuring high analytical throughput and strong organization of samples and supplies.
• Maintain safety requirements and morale, staffing, and instrument capabilities across the lab team.
• Be hands-on in the lab while supervising technicians and research associates and collaborating with research and engineering teams.
