Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Findlay, Ohio seeks a Team Lead – Quality / Inspection to support daily operations and ensure quality assurance at a customer site. You will lead inspectors, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor team members. Weekend work is possible, with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift and Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in quality, inspection, manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to use gauges and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach inspectors to ensure procedures are followed.
• Conduct audits and report non-conformances.
• Maintain quality data and documentation.
• Assist with inventory and site operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
