Responsibilities

• Actively train and empower a team of quality inspectors.
• Validate inspectors are prepared with tools and supplies for each work order.
• Conduct validations per inspector per shift to ensure adherence to instructions.
• Enter timekeeping data accurately for the team and generate end-of-shift reports.
• Provide a data report to the customer at the end of each shift and maintain PPE compliance.
