SURGE Staffing in Cleveland, OH, seeks an experienced Senior Site Leader to oversee daily site operations and lead Quality Inspectors and site personnel. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring customer requirements and company procedures are followed.

You will coordinate staffing, train inspectors, monitor performance, and resolve quality and workflow issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing, production, inspection, or related field.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to work occasional off-shifts and weekends as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support, coach, and provide direction to Site personnel and Quality Inspectors.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure quality activities are properly staffed and executed.
• Set up and supervise daily quality missions, inspection activities, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate changes to work assignments, processes, inspection criteria, and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership coverage and operational support across shifts as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and timekeeping.
• Partner with Human Resources to address attendance, performance, and employee-related concerns.
• Ensure company policies, customer requirements, safety procedures, and work instructions are followed.
