Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001/13485, FSSC 22000 or cGMP preferred.
• ASQ CQE or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports active manufacturing operations and drives continuous improvement.
• Owns customer complaint investigations and CAPA execution.
• Performs IQ/OQ/PQ validations and supports NPI transfers.
• Applies lean six sigma tools to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and QC teams.
• Maintains quality records and ensures regulatory compliance.
