Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks a quality engineer to develop and maintain QA standards and lead investigations in a manufacturing environment. You will perform product inspections, implement corrective actions, and conduct Gage R&R studies, ensuring conformance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a similar quality engineering role.
• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately.
• Experience in metallurgy and/or automotive is a big plus.
• Knowledge of quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Perform product inspections and testing.
• Lead root cause investigations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct capability studies and Gage R&R.
• Monitor and resolve product nonconformities.
