Job summary

htg is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's upkeep and ensure safe, reliable operation. This is a working supervisor role requiring hands-on maintenance and leadership of staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance for the community as directed by Property Manager.
• Supervise a staff, provide training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Schedule maintenance staff and vendors; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Track inventory for repairs and maintenance; manage turnover processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life-safety systems.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE use are followed; operate within budgetary guidelines.
