Job summary

Housing Trust Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our community, ensuring appearance and proper operation. This is a working supervisor role with hands-on maintenance and repair duties.

The position is full-time with hourly pay, benefits, and paid time off. Responsibilities include directing staff, scheduling, budget adherence, and safety policy enforcement across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community appearance and operations as directed.
• Supervise staff, provide training and feedback.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor activities.
• Monitor inventory and budgets for maintenance items.
• Oversee preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
