Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience completing work orders and preparing make-ready apartments.
• Valid driver's license if required to operate a licensed motor vehicle to perform the required job duties.
• Excellent customer service.

• When applicable, oversee vendors contracted to perform work
• Supervise maintenance team and evaluate staff performance
• Manage budgets and expenses for the community
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and proper documentation
