Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking an experienced Project Manager to organize and manage complex construction projects, develop scope, initiate RFPs, and coordinate engineering design and production documentation in line with UDX Performance Specifications.

You will route and manage contracts, control budgets and schedules, oversee field operations, ensure safety compliance, and report project status with daily site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years' progressive experience in design/engineering firm for theme park design and construction management.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects and general contractor exposure (estimating, budgeting, bidding, field).

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents: drawings, specifications, scopes, and general conditions. Oversee design development; ensure budget and schedule alignment.
• Bid and award construction documents; prepare RFPs, project schedules, and bid instructions. Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Oversee vendor contracts; evaluate technical performance and adherence to contract requirements; manage change orders and directives.
