Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Team Member for 1st or 2nd shift in Massillon, OH. In this fast-paced role you will stay active, moving between stations to assemble, prep, and paint components related to fiberglass operations.

Trainers will help you develop new skills and you will contribute to making an awesome product. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, orientation and training are paid, and weekly direct deposit is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to rotate through stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prep, and paint components and learn fiberglass operations.
• Trainers will help teach and train you to develop new skill sets.
