Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees and daily manufacturing activities.
• Plan and monitor workflow to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Track production performance, productivity, scrap, downtime, and other key metrics.
• Ensure employees follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop production team members.
• Address employee performance issues and maintain accountability on the floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.
