Job summary

VVI Staffing Consultants recruits for a production supervisor at a Global Manufacturer with a long history. You will manage production operations, supervise personnel, and ensure targets are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

• Experience leading manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Training and experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or GMP and/or Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations including personnel.
• Ensure production targets are reached while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Ensure accurate raw materials are available to meet production schedule.
• Utilize problem solving techniques to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with shipping to meet customer timelines.
• Support maintenance on equipment issues and preventative maintenance procedures
