Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Sentry team to lead a crew of technicians on critical defense products. You will drive daily operations, manage priorities, ensure safety, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality to meet on-time delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing or supervising in a high-volume production environment.
Experience in manufacturing environments with strong production fundamentals.
Understanding of product life cycle from NPI to scaled production.
Lean manufacturing principles and change management (ECOs).
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, work instructions, and specs.
Willingness to work on hardware hands-on on the production floor.
Proven skills in process and equipment troubleshooting on dynamic production lines.
Passion for training and developing both new hires and veteran staff.
Experience supporting process development and equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma.
Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable and detail-oriented.
U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

Manage technician staff in production and delivery through testing and delivery.
Set priorities and direct daily operations; issue and complete work orders.
Ensure operators follow safety procedures and improve safety.
Prioritize work to meet on-time delivery goals.
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Complete transactions in NetSuite and JIRA daily.
Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area.
Provide weekly production progress reports.
Support other functional groups within Anduril.
Lead daily communication with cross-functional teams.
Able to work on the line and train new operators.
Build a positive, collaborative team culture.
Show up with urgency and enthusiasm.
Execute on priorities and production plans.
Manage, coach, mentor up to 30 production associates on shift.
Maintain standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans.
Support root cause investigation and corrective action tracking.
Ensure quality standards; no defects leaving a station.
Generate daily pass-downs and quality reports.
