You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot CNC machines and spray booths, coordinate schedules with production, and mentor technicians. OSHA compliance and continuous improvement will be key priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong CNC machinery maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of spray booth systems, electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, spray booths, and production equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory.
• Partner with engineering on equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance.
