Job summary
HTSS seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Breinigsville, PA to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This direct hire opportunity offers excellent benefits and career growth.
You will supervise technicians, manage maintenance programs, troubleshoot CNC machines and spray booths, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime. OSHA compliance and safety are essential in daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong CNC machinery maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of spray booth systems, electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, spray booths, and production equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory.
- Partner with engineering on equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance.
