Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a Food Science or Poultry Science internship.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including professional oral and written communication, team focus, and calm decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to write reports and create spreadsheets with formulas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams to meet productivity, quality, waste and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP and SQF.
• Coordinate startups, changeovers, and sanitation; manage change initiatives.
• Facilitate performance appraisals and corrective actions to promote safe teamwork.
• Improve quality, yields and line throughput on the assigned line.
