Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or leadership experience in a food-processing or manufacturing company.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication; ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and ability to prepare reports with formulas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production teams to achieve productivity, quality, waste and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, HACCP and SQF; promote food and personal safety.
• Guide teams through startups, shutdowns, product changeovers, and sanitation activities.
• Conduct performance appraisals and implement corrective actions to develop staff.
• Improve quality, yields and throughput on the designated line.
