Qualifications

• H.S. education or GED with at least 2 years experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift and coordinate production to meet objectives and quality goals.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for production, shipping/receiving, safety and sanitation.
• Lead training and development of employees, managing performance for success.
• Organize and coordinate production efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Cover staff tasks when needed and demonstrate safety leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and attendance guidelines.
