Job summary

Adecco is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, drive safe, efficient production, and uphold quality standards. You will direct daily operations, manage staffing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and quality targets.

The role emphasizes staff development, accountability, and problem-solving to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in supervision, operations management, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop production employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a strong culture of workplace safety and employee accountability.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery requirements are met.
• Manage staffing, production workflow, employee assignments, and daily production reporting.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Coach, train, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen individual and team performance.
• Provide clear direction, establish expectations, and address performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
