Job summary

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations such as stripping, setting up, and pouring beds.

You will work closely with Quality Control to ensure products meet quality standards and maintain a safe, clean work environment in a fast-paced plant. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and able to adapt to different production areas including Yard and Patching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurement tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stripping, setting up, and pouring beds in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure product quality.
• Follow directions from Team Leader and Supervisor; maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Be flexible to work across Production, Yard, Patching, and other areas as needed.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Adhere to established quality programs and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain professional attitude and positive working relationships across departments.
