Job summary

Wells in California is seeking a Production Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations by stripping, setting up, and pouring beds safely. You will work with Quality Control and supervision to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
• Basic measurement skills and problem-solving ability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely, efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure product quality.
• Follow directions from Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Work across Production, Yard, and Patching as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste.
