Job summary

Wells Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations by stripping, setting up, and pouring beds safely and efficiently. This role collaborates with Quality Control and supervision to meet quality standards, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

You will support multiple areas including Yard and Patching. The position is a 3rd shift (7 PM – 5:30 AM) with a $2.00 shift differential, and Wells offers a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic measurement skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to work with others and maintain safety.
• Willingness to work across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Work with co-workers to strip, set up, and pour beds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Department to ensure product quality.
• Follow directions from the Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Be flexible to work in all areas including Production, Yard, Patching, and other departments.
• Maintain a safe work environment and strong housekeeping practices.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow established quality programs and consistently produce high-quality work.
• Maintain a professional attitude and strong attendance.
