TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily shop-floor manufacturing and assembly for vehicle-mounted lifts and related equipment. You will supervise line staff, coordinate schedules, and drive safety and quality compliance on the floor.

You will lead Lean initiatives, oversee problem solving, and partner with the Operations Manager to optimize throughput and on-time delivery. The role requires flexibility and overtime as workload demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Technology, or Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role leading and directing a team.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with various quality testing procedures and able to perform daily tests.
• Quality critical mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
• Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive the daily production schedules and resource allocations to hit delivery targets.
• Direct, mentor, and evaluate shift production supervisors; ensure accountability and safety.
• Monitor real time assembly performance across fabrication, assembly, installation and upfitting.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety standards; oversee overhead crane and hydraulic testing.
• Coordinate defect tracking; verify QA checkpoints before final inspection.
• Lead daily Gemba walks and Lean initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma.
• Escalate material constraints to the Operations Manager as needed.
