Job summary

Full Circle Co in Conroe, Texas, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping activities, and maintain accurate inventory while ensuring safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be on the floor, communicate clearly with teams, enforce company standards, resolve issues quickly, and partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR and Logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising in fast-paced industrial settings.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse ops.
• OSHA safety practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for the assigned shift.
• Supervise and coach warehouse staff and forklift operators.
• Assign daily work and ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, material movement, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Improve throughput and warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Logistics.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements.
