Job summary

Univar Solutions USA LLC in Conroe, TX seeks a Sr. Manufacturing & Production Manager to plan, organize, and control production across facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations that meet customer needs and financial goals.

The role owns production scheduling, safety programs, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, legal, and economical production and related activities at the facilities.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental standards and maintain records.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for production and supporting operations.
• Monitor quality control and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage staff development, hiring, and performance evaluations.
