Overview

Leading custom plastics molder is looking to add to our family. EnviCor Rotomolding LLC, located in Smithfield, NC, is a molder of recreational goods, water/chemical tanks, industrial products and other exciting finished goods for our industry leading customers.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow safety and operational instructions
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner
• Perform/Assist with machine operations
• Perform/Assist with mold changes
• Load powder, remove molded part from mold
• Keep pace with machine cycle times
• Perform secondary operations with use of power tools
• Maintain quality standards and report deviations
• Be a teammate that others depend upon
• Communicate inventory needs as it relates to daily activities
• Communicate any machine or equipment issues promptly

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma/GED or comparable work-related experience
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or supervisory roll a plus but not required (Premium pay potential)
• Be prompt and dependable
• Ability to work in hot environment while on your feet
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Capacity to provide, receive and accept feedback
