OMCO Solar, part of the MacLean-Fogg family, seeks a Production Team Lead to coordinate daily manufacturing activities at our Phoenix, AZ facility. This hands-on leadership role directs production staff, supports equipment operations, and drives safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will oversee setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment, ensure records accuracy, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow.

Formación

• 4-6 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Demonstrated experience operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing operations.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of production equipment, manufacturing processes, and production workflows.
• Ability to perform moderately complex equipment-related tasks, troubleshoot operational problems, and escalate when needed.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment or obtain certification.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production activities, assign tasks, and adjust team assignments to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Perform equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate complex concerns to supervisors.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and finished products for quality compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate production status between shifts and resolve operational issues with other teams.
• Guide employees on work instructions, processes, and safe working practices.
• Collect production data and support reporting to identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain organized, stocked workstations following 5S standards and safety procedures.
