Job summary

MacLean-Fogg's OMCO facility in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Team Lead to coordinate daily manufacturing activities on-site. This hands-on leadership role guides production employees, supports equipment operations, and ensures safety, quality, and production goals are met.

You will work 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, with possible Friday/Saturday work. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated experience operating production equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities, assign tasks, and balance workloads.
• Perform equipment setup, operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and finished products for quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Communicate status between shifts and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Guide employees on work instructions and safe practices.
• Identify efficiency improvements in processes and workflows.
